At Caruso Chiropractic Clinic we teach our patients how to perform ideal body exercises which can help strengthen and correct the imperfections in your body which are causing pain and discomfort.

Most of these corrective exercises can  be performed in the comfort of your own home and will aid to help improve the effectiveness of your chiropractic care plan. In addition to spine misalignment, you may be experiencing pain that is caused by muscles and connective tissues, which are out of place. Additional types of pain such as mid/low back pain, neck pain, and headaches are caused by muscles and tissues that are being misused, causing injuries over time. 

In each case, targeted corrective exercises and stretches from our experienced chiropractor will help you feel good while also helping your body achieve optimal balance and health.

 

Objective of Therapeutic exercise's include:
